Organisational Development

Te Matatini is interested in ensuring it has the right organisational skills and capacity to carry out its role and functions. This includes having an efficient governance and management structure to support the future direction and business of Te Matatini.

Following a formal review in 2009, it is expected that a new governance and management structure will be agreed for Te Matatini, with changes occurring in 2010/2011.
